Beer Culture

Project Details: Beer culture is an oasis for locals and craft beer loving tourists, just outside of the insanity and tourbus infested streets of Times Square. Offering over 500 different beers, all available either to go or to stay, Beer Culture is not a fancy bar, or pretentious about their deep inventory. The design and materials selected for the bar reflect the welcoming attitude and love for all beer (ranging from a can of Miller Highlife in "Granpa's Fridge" to a rotating selection of Grimm Beers) Much of the wood used at Beer Culture is reclaimed cedar from the dismantled fermenting tanks of Schmidt's Brewery in Philadelphia. The bar tops and tables are all reclaimed southern pine, also from torn down industrial buildings in Philadelphia.
